C.W. Blake Gaither

Attorney at Law

Blake was born and raised in Nashville, Georgia, a small town north of Valdosta.  Growing up, he frequently worked alongside his father at the family construction business. Through this experience he learned many valuable lessons about not only the ins and outs of the construction industry, but also about the necessity of working hard.  This determination led him to Valdosta State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in history.  Blake’s drive for success did not stop there as he went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in May 2023.

During law school, Blake gained a wide range of practical experience, completing internships with The Florida First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee, Fl, Suffolk Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Suffolk, VA, and with an individual practitioner focusing primarily on Real Property Law. In addition, Blake was a Senior Editor for the Regent University Law Review.

Blake and his wife, Amy Welton Gaither, met in Law School and got married in December of 2022. They moved to Crestview after taking the Florida Bar in July of 2023. They plan to continue residing in Crestview as they gain experience in their careers and start a family. His wife Amy is an attorney at Welton Law Firm in Crestview, FL.  Blake and Amy enjoy sharing their enthusiasm for the legal field.  Blake often says, “having a best friend who understands my work is a wonderful blessing.”  Blake and Amy enjoy time spent with family, reading, and traveling.  Blake, who grew up racing cars, now also has a love for NASCAR.
